Runner's massage

The Runners Recovery Massage is specially designed for runners and athletes who want to give their muscles the best care — both before and after running.
Before running, the focus is on activating the muscles, improving circulation, and preparing the body for performance. After running, the massage helps remove lactic acid, reduce soreness, and promote faster recovery.
It combines deep tissue techniques with targeted stretches and pressure points, with special attention to the legs, calves, hamstrings, and lower back — the areas most stressed by running.
When booking, it’s important to mention whether the massage is intended before or after your run, so the treatment can be perfectly adapted to your needs.

Migraine massage

The Migraine Massage is a calming therapeutic treatment designed to relieve tension and pressure in the head, neck, and shoulders. It focuses on the areas where migraines and tension headaches commonly originate, using gentle pressure points and slow, flowing movements that help calm the nervous system.
Work is done around the head, temples, neck, and shoulders to improve circulation and ease muscle tightness.
This treatment is ideal for those who suffer from recurring headaches or migraines and often provides noticeable relief during or after the session.
To ensure the best result, please mention when booking whether your symptoms are active or if the treatment should be applied preventively.

Deep tissue massage

The Deep Tissue Massage is a powerful treatment that works deeply into the muscles and connective tissue. It’s designed to release chronic tension, knots, and adhesions that often develop from stress, overuse, or poor posture.
Techniques are applied slowly and with firm, steady pressure to reach the deeper muscle layers without overstimulating the body.
This massage enhances circulation, supports the recovery of stiff or fatigued muscles, and improves overall flexibility.
Compared to traditional Thai massage, Deep Tissue focuses less on stretching and more on precise pressure and deep muscular techniques.

Body balance massage

The Body Balance Massage is a holistic treatment that restores harmony between body and mind. This gentle, slow-paced technique focuses not only on releasing physical tension but also on helping to free emotional blockages stored within the body.
Through calm pressure, smooth movements, and mindful touch, the treatment encourages deep relaxation, recovery, and inner peace. During the session, emotions may naturally surface — this is part of the healing process.
It’s important not to hold these feelings back, as allowing them to flow freely enhances the effectiveness of the massage.
The Body Balance Massage is ideal for those who are open to deeper healing on both a physical and emotional level.
